IMM CoP Kick-off: Peer exchange

Impact Europe is launching a new Community of Practice (CoP) dedicated to impact funds committed to improving their Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) practices. From refining your impact reporting to addressing trade-offs and deepening stakeholder engagement, this is a space to grow your practice in good company. 

The IMM CoP offers you an informal but structured environment for collective learning, honest exchange, and peer support. It’s a space shaped by your needs, where you can connect with others throughout the year, share challenges, exchange tools, and collaborate on solutions that support your work and push the field forward. 

This first session is your chance to: 

• discover the vision behind the new IMM CoP and how it connects to your day-to-day work 
• connect with peers from other impact funds facing similar IMM challenges 
• share your priorities and co-shape the focus areas of this new community 
• take part in breakout discussions designed to turn ideas into action 
• learn how you can get involved in future gatherings and collaborative projects 

This gathering kicks off a collective journey to advance IMM across Europe’s impact funds. The Community is specifically designed for impact professionals working within impact funds: those leading, implementing, or supporting IMM practices. Together, we’ll explore ways to strengthen IMM practices across Europe’s impact funds, and potentially shape new member-driven initiatives, from tools to support groups to publications.
