With over nine years of experience in marketing, communication and events, Anamaria took on the role of Head of Membership at Impact Europe in October 2022. Her skill set is primarily in the fields of demand generation and customer marketing with a focus on retention.

Before her time at Impact Europe, Anamaria spent three years in the private sectorworking for a Belgian software company that provided grant-making and employee engagement solutions to organisations making a significant difference in the social and environmental sectors across Europe and North America. Early in her career, Anamaria was a MarCom and Events Manager for a Jean Monnet Center of Excellence and policy think tank where she contributed by designing and implementing marketing and communication campaigns of research, policy and capacity building programs targeting policymakers, academics, and the wider public.
